Updates: how they arrive, and what to do if one fails

ResultsAiX plugins and the Theme update through the normal WordPress updater, from our own release server, while your licence is active. You will see them under Dashboard > Updates and on the Plugins screen.

An update is not showing?
1. Open the plugin’s License tab and press Refresh License Info (or re-save the key).
2. Go to Dashboard > Updates and press Check Again.

An update says “Download failed. Not Found”?
That site’s licence check needs refreshing before the paid download is allowed. Open that plugin’s License tab, press Refresh License Info, then run the update again.

Your licence has expired? Renew it and updates start again with the same key. What the plugin does while a licence is lapsed is explained in each product’s own guide.
