Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on kevinfahey.org. A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Some of our tools use your browser’s local storage instead, which works in a similar way. For how we use the information itself, see our Privacy Policy.

Advertising cookies (Google Ads)
Google’s advertising tag runs on our pages, as explained in “Advertising with Google” in our Privacy Policy. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland it sets no advertising cookies.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gcl_gb (set by the Google tag on our site) | Remember that you came from one of our Google ads, so a later sign-up or sale is counted against that ad. | 90 days |
| Google’s own cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net (for example IDE) | Let Google measure our ads and show them again to people who visited our site. | Set by Google, up to 13 months |
| rx_ads_optout | Remembers that you turned off our Google tag on this site, if you chose to. | 2 years |
Other companies’ cookies
- Jetpack (Automattic): counts visits to our pages for our statistics.
- Vimeo and YouTube: our training videos play in their players, which may set their own cookies.
- Stripe and PayPal: set cookies on their own checkout pages when you buy.
- Google Fonts and Gravatar: do not set cookies on our site, but your browser connects to them to load fonts and profile pictures, which shares your IP address with them.
Apart from Google Ads, as described above, we do not use advertising cookies from Meta, TikTok or similar platforms on this site.
How to control cookies
- You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you block the cookies that keep the site working, logging in will not work.
- To turn off our Google advertising tag on this site, use the “Turn off ad tracking on this site” button in our Privacy Policy. It also does not load in browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal.
- Our live visitor map does not track browsers that send a Do Not Track signal.
- If you would like us to stop measuring your visits, email info@onlineimsupport.com and we will.
