How to install a ResultsAiX plugin and activate your licence

Every ResultsAiX plugin installs the same way.

1. Get the plugin .zip file. Your download is in your purchase email: its button signs you in to the members area page for that product, where the .zip is. Your licence key is in the same email, and every key you own is always in the customer portal: https://resultswithkevin.com/portal/login.php (sign in with the email you bought with, no password needed). Lost the email? Open a ticket and we will send the download again: https://kevinfahey.org/contact-support/
2. In WordPress go to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
3. Choose the .zip file (do not unzip it first) and press Install Now, then Activate.
4. Open the plugin’s License tab, paste your licence key and press Save or Activate.
5. The plugin checks the key with our licence server and registers that site. Done.

If the key is rejected:
– Copy it again without any spaces before or after it.
– Make sure it is the key for this plugin. Most products have their own key; a ResultsAiX Bundle key activates every plugin in the bundle.
– If the site limit is reached, sign in to the portal and deactivate an old site to free a seat.
