WP Sync has ready-made connectors for many platforms, but not every one. Scale.gg, for example, isn’t in WP Sync yet.
You can usually connect it today. If your plan includes Webhook Connect, and your platform can send a webhook when someone buys (directly, or through Make or n8n), Webhook Connect catches it. From there WP Sync can add the buyer to your list, tag them, give them membership access, or send them anywhere else it connects to. You’ll find the URL to paste into your platform under WP Sync > Connections > Webhook Connect.
Want a proper connector built? To build one we need to see how the platform tells other tools about a sale. Two things help most:
1. The platform’s developer or webhook documentation (or a login that can see it).
2. One real example of what it sends when a sale happens, and a refund if it sends one. In the platform’s settings look for “webhooks” or “integrations”, point a webhook at a test URL, make one test sale, and send us what arrives.
