A plugin will not install (“The package could not be installed”)

“The package could not be installed” usually means one of these:

– It is the ResultsAiX Theme, not a plugin. Themes install under Appearance > Themes > Add New Theme > Upload Theme.
– The file chosen is not the plugin zip itself (for example a folder, or a zip that contains other files). Choose the plugin .zip you downloaded, without unzipping it.
– “Destination folder already exists”: the plugin is already installed. Activate it under Plugins, or delete the old copy and upload again.
– The upload is refused as too large: your host limits upload size. Ask your host to raise it, or upload the unzipped plugin folder to wp-content/plugins/ by FTP.
