Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect on kevinfahey.org, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our free trainings and webinars, our emails, our support desk and chat, and the members area.

Who we are

kevinfahey.org is run by Kevin Brendan Fahey Unipessoal LDA, a company registered in Portugal (NIF 519402553), R. Peões, Zn. Nascente Forte Novo, Lt. 2, 21A 106, 8125-102 Quarteira, Portugal. We are the “controller” of your personal information for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Questions or requests about your information: email info@onlineimsupport.com or use our support page.

What we collect

When you visit the site

  • The pages you view, the site you came from, your browser, device type and language.
  • Your IP address, which we use to estimate your country and city. Our live visitor map stores only a scrambled (hashed) version of it. Our link and visit tracking stores the full IP address.
  • If you type your email address into a form on our site, our tracking tools may record it even if you do not send the form, and may link your visits to you, including other visits from the same IP address.
  • A random visitor ID stored in a cookie, so we can tell repeat visits apart. See our Cookie Policy.
  • If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the click ID Google adds to the link, so we can tell which ad brought you. Google’s own tag also runs on our pages (see “Advertising with Google” below).

When you sign up for a training, webinar or our emails

  • Your name, email address and time zone.
  • How you found us (for example a link from an email, an affiliate or an ad campaign).
  • What you do in the training: whether you attended live or watched the replay, how long you watched, whether you saw or clicked the offer, and anything you type in the chat or ask privately.
  • Some sign-up forms also record your IP address and browser with your sign-up.

When you read our emails

  • Whether you opened an email and which links you clicked, with the time, your device, email program and approximate location. Our emails contain a small tracking image and tracked links for this.

When you use our chat or contact support

  • Your messages, and your name and email if you give them.
  • The page you were on, your browser and your country.
  • Support tickets, the emails you send us and any files you attach.

When you buy from us or join the members area

  • Your name, email, what you bought, the amount, the date, transaction and subscription IDs, and the affiliate who referred you, if any.
  • Card details are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) or the marketplace you bought through (such as WarriorPlus, JVZoo or ClickBank). We never see or store your full card number.
  • For members: your account details, when you log in (including the IP address of the login), what you read and download in the members area, what you search for, and your answers to polls and surveys.

When you answer a survey or send a testimonial

  • Your answers, and your name and email if you give them. Your name and email may also be kept in your browser so you do not have to type them again.
  • For testimonials: your name, email, title, what you write, any photo or video you upload, and your IP address.

When you click one of our tracking links

  • The link, the time, your IP address, browser, the page you came from and any campaign tag in the link. A cookie lets us match a later sale to the link you clicked.

How we use it

  • To give you what you signed up for: run the trainings, send your join links, replays and reminders, give you access to what you bought, and answer your questions. (GDPR basis: to perform our agreement with you, or to take steps you asked for.)
  • To email you: follow-ups about the training you joined, news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. (Basis: your consent where it is required, otherwise our legitimate interest in telling customers and subscribers about related products.)
  • To recognise you and keep things relevant: we combine what we know about you across our own tools (what you have bought, which emails you opened, which trainings you watched and which pages you visited) so we can, for example, avoid offering you something you already own, score how recently and how often you buy, and send follow-ups that match what you did. This is profiling. It has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and you can object to it at any time. (Basis: legitimate interests.)
  • To advertise and measure our ads: to show our ads to people who have visited our site or are already on our list, to keep existing customers out of ads meant for new ones, and to learn which ads bring sign-ups and sales. See “Advertising with Google” below. (Basis: legitimate interests. You can object at any time.)
  • To understand and improve the site and trainings, and to measure which emails and links work. (Basis: legitimate interests.)
  • To keep the site secure and to stop spam, fraud and abuse. (Basis: legitimate interests.)
  • To meet legal duties, such as keeping tax and accounting records. (Basis: legal obligation.)

Artificial intelligence

We use AI services from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google (Gemini) to answer questions in our webinar chats and on our sales pages, to help draft support replies and to help us run the business. When you use those chats or contact support, the text you write, your first name and, for support and sales chats, relevant details such as what you have bought from us may be sent to the AI provider to produce a reply. AI answers can be wrong. If you want a person, say so in the chat or contact support. We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects by automated means alone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use Google for advertising, as described in “Advertising with Google” below, which some US state laws treat as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”, and you can opt out of it. Otherwise we share your information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • Website hosting and security.
  • Email delivery (SMTP2GO), to send our emails.
  • Payment providers and marketplaces: Stripe, PayPal, WarriorPlus, JVZoo and ClickBank process payments and send us details of your purchase. They also act under their own privacy policies.
  • AI providers: Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, as described above.
  • Automattic (Jetpack and Gravatar): Jetpack collects visit statistics for us, and Gravatar may show a profile picture linked to your email address.
  • Video players from Vimeo and YouTube, which play our training videos.
  • Google Fonts, which provides the fonts on our pages. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
  • IP location service (ip-api.com), which estimates country and city from an IP address for our visitor analytics.
  • Email and marketing tools we use or connect to, such as AWeber and Kit (ConvertKit). We may look up whether your email address is already on one of these lists.
  • Our licensing system at resultswithkevin.com, which records purchases and issues software licences.
  • Google (Google Ads), for advertising and measuring our ads, as described below.

Advertising with Google

We advertise with Google Ads. This is how that uses your information:

  • Google’s tag on our pages. Google’s advertising tag (the Google tag) runs on every page of this site. It tells Google which pages you visit and whether you came from one of our ads, together with your IP address, browser details and Google’s own cookies and identifiers. Google uses this to count visits and results from our ads and to let us show our ads again to people who visited our site (remarketing). The cookies it sets are listed in our Cookie Policy.
  • Sign-ups and sales from our ads. When you sign up or buy after clicking one of our Google ads, we tell Google: the click ID from the ad, whether it was a sign-up or a sale, its value and the time, together with your email address in scrambled form (hashed with SHA-256, which Google can match but not read back). This lets Google count the result against the right ad, even if you clicked on one device and bought on another. We never send refunded sales.
  • Customer and subscriber lists. We may give Google the scrambled (hashed) email addresses of our active subscribers and customers, so we can show them our ads, or keep existing customers out of ads meant for new ones. Google uses them only to match them to its own users. We never include anyone who has unsubscribed from our emails.
  • Visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland. For visitors Google places in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the Google tag runs in a restricted mode: it sets no advertising cookies and does not add you to advertising lists.

Your choices:

  • Press the button below to turn off our Google tag on this site in this browser. It saves a small cookie (rx_ads_optout) that remembers your choice.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our Google tag does not load at all.
  • Email info@onlineimsupport.com and we will also keep your email address out of the lists we give Google.
  • You can manage the ads Google shows you in Google’s My Ad Center. How Google uses information from sites that use its services is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We do not use advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok or other ad platforms. If we start, we will update this policy first.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.

International transfers

We are based in Portugal, in the European Union. Several of our providers are in the United States. Where your information leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Live visitor map (pages viewed and the visitor ID linked to them): 30 days.
  • Link clicks and visit records used to credit sales and measure campaigns: for as long as we need them for that, and until you ask us to delete them.
  • Your subscriber, training and chat records: while you are on our list or a customer, and until you ask us to delete them.
  • Purchase, tax and accounting records: 10 years, as Portuguese law requires.
  • Support tickets: as long as needed to help you and keep a record of what was agreed.

If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.

Your choices and rights

Everyone: you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@onlineimsupport.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to restrict or object to our use of your information (including profiling and direct marketing), to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to a data protection authority. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or you can contact the authority where you live.

If you are in the United States: depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, its sharing for targeted advertising, and profiling. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of Google advertising, described above, may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising or as “targeted advertising” under your state’s law: you can opt out with the “Turn off ad tracking on this site” button above, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal (which we honour on this site), or by emailing us. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You can make a request yourself or through an authorised agent, and you can appeal our decision by replying to it. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

California notice at collection: in the last 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (purchases), internet activity (pages viewed, email opens and clicks, training attendance), approximate geolocation, and the content of chats and support messages, for the purposes and from the sources described above. We disclosed them to the service providers listed above, and we share identifiers (IP address, cookie and advertising identifiers, scrambled email addresses), internet activity and commercial information (sign-ups and sales from our ads) with Google for advertising, as described in “Advertising with Google”.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: our Google advertising tag does not load in browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal, and our live visitor map does not track browsers that send a Do Not Track signal. Our other tools do not respond to these signals, so if you want us to stop tracking you, email us and we will.

Children

Our site and trainings are for adults running a business. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you think a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the new date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site.
